A low-rate information phone line

International Organization for Migration set up a low-rate phone line providing information about the AVRR Programme: 0850 211 262.

The helpline is available on workdays between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm and is designed to provide information to applicants for voluntary return and IOM partners.

IOM officers will gladly answer your questions about assisted voluntary returns and reintegrations in a country of origin. Outside of the phone line‘s working hours you can send your questions via e-mail to: returnhome@iom.int.

The price charged for calls made to the 0850 211 262 line is equal to the price of local calls from any place within Slovakia.
